Effective May 3, Palm Tran will implement schedule changes to five routes to improve service and on-time performance.
The Bolt, Palm Tran's limited-stop service along US1, will stop at 12 fixed locations both north and south. The timepoints were adjusted and running times were shortened to provide quicker trips between transfer points.
The schedule times were changed for the following routes to reflect actual running time needed:
- Route 4, main corridor route, serves West Palm Beach to Greenacres via Haverhill Road.
- Route 41, central county route, serves West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Inlet.
- Route 45, central county route, serves West Palm Beach to Lake Clarke Shores via Parker, Lake and Florida Mango.
- Route 60, central county route, serves Greenacres to Palm Springs via Purdy and 10th Ave North.
