TTC Invites Riders for International Subway Survey

April 21, 2015

Toronto Transit Commission customers are being asked to participate in an anonymous, online international customer satisfaction survey to identify areas of Toronto’s subway system that they believe is working well or needs improvement. The results are compared with 20 other subway systems around the world.

The survey, which takes three to five minutes to complete, covers topics like information, accessibility, reliability, safety and security, customer care, and station cleanliness.

Conducted by CoMet and Nova, the world's benchmarking groups for subway systems, the survey results allow member agencies to assess current customer satisfaction as compared to other subway systems.

The survey is available online until May 10.
