Grayson Thermal Systems Corp. announced the appointment of Helene Cornils as operations manager.

Grayson Thermal Systems Corp. strengthened its management team as the company prepares to relocate to a larger manufacturing facility in Indiana. The company announced the appointment of Helene Cornils as operations manager.

Cornils will report to James Hateley, CEO North America, and is charged with the relocation of the company to a new facility in Indianapolis; as well as the management of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and internal customer support and service.

Cornils has many years of experience, having previously spent 10 years at Eaton working in the hybrid business unit, five years with CTS Corp. working on electronic position sensors, and three and half years at Cummins working in operations.

CEO, James Hateley said, “Helene’s appointment is important for us as we continue to develop and expand. She will be a key part of our North American management team. We are in the process of moving to a larger manufacturing facility in the USA, and Helene has the professional skills needed to help us create a world-class factory and meet customer aspirations. With our order book increasing, her addition to our structure will ensure we continue our ambitious expansion plans. We look forward to having her as part of our team for years to come.”
