Tindale Oliver announced it has promoted Nilgün Kamp, AICP, and Demian Miller, AICP, to principal.
With 21 years of professional experience, including 11 with Tindale Oliver, Kamp has provided excellent leadership to Tindale Oliver’s Public Finance Team, especially in the areas of impact fees, mobility fees, assessments, and infrastructure planning. With her background in economics and extensive experience in public finance and infrastructure solutions, she has demonstrated a unique ability to provide insightful solutions to her clients at standards of the highest quality, creativity, and value. Kamp is responsible for managing and leading the public finance team as it grows in the coming years. Kamp has a Masters of Art in Economics from the University of South Florida and Masters of International Relations and Pacific Studies from the University of California in San Diego.
Miller has 14 years of professional experience, 12 of which have been with Tindale Oliver. With his outstanding knowledge and creativity, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop insights and outcomes for clients throughout Florida and the U.S. This has translated to a unique ability to generate new business annually, contributing significantly to the firm’s excellent reputation. As a principal, he will continue to work closely with all teams at Tindale Oliver in the areas of business development and creative guidance on multimodal corridor and safety-related projects.
