Kiel North America will be exhibiting its innovative product portfolio of coach seating solutions at the United Motorcoach Association Expo 2015 in New Orleans.

At the UMA Expo, Kiel will present an overview of its newest coach models that are FMVSS 210-compliant for three-point seat belts as well as wheelchair seating compliant according to ADA-requirements. Recent projects with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, for example, have shown that the coach seats can reduce the fuel consumption of the vehicle by as much as 4 percent, which translates into drastically lower maintenance costs for operators as well as reduced CO2-emissions.

Thomas Schwank, general manager of Kiel North America, comments, that “the motor coach segment is rapidly transforming. Safety standards and demands for traveler comfort in seating solutions are continually increasing. We are excited to share our passion for trailblazing engineering, exciting styling, and long-lasting comfort with visitors and partners at this year’s UMA Expo.”
