Cubic’s NextBus Fleet Management Application Receives Most Innovative New Product Award from CONNECT

Cubic Corp. Board Member Robert S. Sullivan honored with 2014 Distinguished Contribution Award

Cubic Transportation Systems on Dec. 8 announced that its NextBus Fleet Management Application received the Most Innovative New Product (MIP) Award in the Communications and IT category  at the 2014 CONNECT MIP Awards that took place at an awards ceremony on Dec. 4.

In addition to the eight companies honored for their outstanding new products, the Distinguished Contribution Award for Technology Innovation was awarded to Robert S. Sullivan who serves on Cubic Corp.’s board of directors and is dean, Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. Sullivan has served on Cubic’s board for 10 years and is an acknowledged visionary leader in global business education, the application of technology to learning and the commercialization of new technologies.
