VHB Promotes Paul Yeargain, PE, CFM, to Managing Director of Central Florida Office

VHB announced Paul Yeargain, PE, CFM, has been promoted to Managing Director of the Central Florida office.

VHB announced Paul Yeargain, PE, CFM, has been promoted to managing director of the Central Florida office.

As managing director, Yeargain oversees strategic development, and management of VHB’s transportation planning and engineering, planning and design, environmental, and land development service areas in Central Florida. He also continues his role as leader of the water resources team in Florida where he brings extensive engineering experience navigating the stormwater permitting process and large scale environmental permitting, master stormwater planning and design and infrastructure permitting and design.

“Paul has always had a balanced focus on our people and our business success which will help him excel in his new role as managing director,” said Michael J. Carragher, PE, Southeast regional manager. “I am personally very excited about the integrity and enthusiasm that Paul brings to this new role.”

During Yeargain’s 17-year career at VHB, he has led the direction and growth of VHB’s Water Resources Local Government practices. He has also been instrumental in supporting the growth of VHB’s service offerings to the real estate market. 

He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a M.S. in Water Resources Engineering, and is a Florida Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager.
