Greater Dayton RTA is pleased to announce the selection of Bill Ingram as the new chief maintenance officer for the regional authority.

In this role, Ingram will be responsible for Maintenance facilities improvement, fleet inventory/stores and electrical infrastructure construction and maintenance. He will also lead labor relations within the department.

“I am very excited about the addition of Bill Ingram to the RTA team”, said Mark Donaghy, executive director of RTA.  “His experience, including more than 20 years in the US Air Force where he managed logistics, fleet maintenance and operations in a variety of functional areas will allow him to hit the ground running in his new role in Dayton.”

In addition to serving our country through multiple deployments around the world, Ingram has earned numerous certifications including vehicle maintenance master craftsman, master instructor certification, Lean Six Sigma and change management specialist to name a few.

Donaghy said, “His experience and leadership skills will be critical as our maintenance department initiates the prototype testing of the dual-mode technology that will replace the current trolleybus fleet.”
