Villalobos Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position, Villalobos will support the Houston office’s structural department, with responsibility for planning, management, development, and design of transportation structures, including bridges for railways and roadways.

F. Eduardo Villalobos has been named a supervising engineer in the Houston office of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Villalobos will support the Houston office’s structural department, with responsibility for planning, management, development, and design of transportation structures, including bridges for railways and roadways. He has extensive experience in the planning and design of bridges, highways, railway viaducts, and pedestrian structures.

Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Villalobos was an associate senior engineer at an international engineering company. He has participated in numerous global infrastructure projects, including the Las Vegas Monorail; Sao Paulo Monorail, Caracas-Guarenas-Guatire Metro; Metro of Lima, Peru; and the Terminal 3 at McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas.

Villalobos received an M.S.C.E. in structures from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S.C.E. in civil engineering from the University of El Salvador. He is a licensed professional and structural engineer, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineering Institute.
