Digital Signage Expo (DSE) announced that its 12-part Digital Signage Seminar Program at DSE 2015 designed specifically for end user professionals will include an hour-long session titled, “Interactivity: Innovative Options for Driving Long-Term Audience Engagement.”

Joel Allard, senior creative specialist, in-store digital, Target Stores will facilitate a presentation that focuses on the long-term value of customer relationships, how they contribute to the bottom-line over time and the interactive tools that can be integrated into digital communications networks to enable a brand to provide a platform on which to build and nurture more profitable relationships.

Attendees in this hour-long interactive “idea exchange” will be invited to work together to enjoy a hands-on collective learning experience to determine which of these tools will work best for them.
