First Transit announced that the company has been awarded the contract for fixed-route services for Sun Trolley in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The contract, which began July 1, 2014, is for five years.
Senior Vice President Tim McCann stated, “First Transit is excited to be in partnership with Sun Trolley. We are fully committed to setting the highest of standards to ensure safe and efficient transportation services to the Ft. Lauderdale community and to those visiting this beautiful area.”
First Transit General Manger Catherine DeGray will oversee the services for Sun Trolley, utilizing her experience and expertise in managing all aspects of transit services.
