The Toronto Transit Commission June 13 was joined by TTC Chair Maria Augimeri, TTC Chief Customer Officer Chris Upfold, Toronto Councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam and Pride Toronto Executive Director Kevin Beaulieu to unveil a commemorative plaque that will be permanently displayed near the entrance of Wellesley Station, as part of TTC's celebration of World Pride 2014.
TTC is also featuring a special World Pride bus that is operating on the 94 Wellesley and will be part of this year's Pride parade on Sunday, June 29. As always, TTC staff and family will be part of the celebration.
