On Dec. 9, SARTA launched its new GoLine Trip Booking System. GoLine provides an easy way for SARTA ProLine passengers to schedule, change or cancel trips as well as receive reminders of upcoming ProLine trips.
GoLine booking is available Monday-Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. up to three days in advance of a trip. For same day reservations, passengers will need to contact a ProLine Representative. Once a trip has been book, a confirmation will be available online and an email will be sent to the passenger.
Our automated phone system allows passengers to check or cancel a scheduled trip 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Passengers no longer have to wait to talk to a ProLine Representative. They just simply call, provide their passenger ID and follow the prompts.
To ensure our passengers never miss or forget a ride, SARTA’s GoLine system will call or email reminders of scheduled trips. GoLine reminders will be sent out 24 hours and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. With each reminder notification, passengers will have the opportunity to cancel the scheduled trip.
