RTA Customer Service Center Moving to New Location

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Customer Service Center is moving to a new location as of October 7, 2013. The new Center will be located in the Cook County Building at 69 W. Washington St., Chicago, in the Lower Level Pedway. The office hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Customer Service Center is moving to a new location as of October 7, 2013. The new Center will be located in the Cook County Building at 69 W. Washington St., Chicago, in the Lower Level Pedway. The office hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This new location is centrally located and provides easy access to public transportation. The new Center can be accessed from the CTA Blue Line Washington Street subway station by using the Pedway and CTA #20 Madison and #156 Fullerton buses also stop close to 69 W. Washington St.

The new Customer Service Center will continue to assist seniors and people with disabilities in applying for, renewing and replacing Reduced Fare and Ride Free permits and processing ADA paratransit replacement permits.

October 3 is the last day business will be conducted at the current 165 N. Jefferson St. location. The Customer Service Center will be closed on October 4 to move to the new location however phone service will be available on that day.
