Free T Bus Service on Election Day With Voter Registration Card

The T will provide free bus rides for passengers carrying valid voter registration cards on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6.

The T will provide free bus rides for passengers carrying valid voter registration cards on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6.

The free rides will be valid from start to close of The T’s operations on all regular bus routes and express bus routes in Fort Worth and Richland Hills. The free service does not include Mobility Impaired Services (MITS) or the Trinity Railway Express (TRE).

“It is a long-standing practice of The T to offer this free bus service every four years on the Presidential National Election Day to assist residents in getting to the polls,” said Dick Ruddell, president of The T.

  • Access Google Transit, also available from The T’s home page
  • Pick up printed schedules in the lobby of the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) at Jones & 9th Street during weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the lobby of The T’s headquarters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday at 1600 E. Lancaster Avenue
