Jeff Mann Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position, Mann will be responsible for assisting clients with planning activities and the development and management of transit and rail projects.

Jeff Mann has been named manager of special projects in the Transit and Rail Technical Excellence Center of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. He will be located in the Raleigh, N.C. office.

In his new position, Mann will be responsible for assisting clients with planning activities and the development and management of transit and rail projects.

Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Mann was an assistant vice president, Policy and Development — South Region with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). He led strategic planning, high-speed rail, state-supported service, corridor and commuter service development for a nine-state region extending from Virginia to Florida. He previously served as Property and Public Affairs manager for the North Carolina Railroad Company, responsible for managing community relations, development and right-of-way policy enforcement. He also served as liaison to state and local government agencies and supported legislative efforts.

Mann holds a master of business administration from Wake Forest University and a bachelor of science in business management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
