Clever Devices, Ltd. Acquires GreyHawk Technologies

GreyHawk designs, develops and implements mobile applications for the transportation industry with specific focus on paratransit, airport shuttle and school bus fleets.

Clever Devices, Ltd. announces the purchase of GreyHawk Technologies, Inc. of Vancouver, Wash. GreyHawk designs, develops and implements mobile applications for the transportation industry with specific focus on paratransit, airport shuttle and school bus fleets. Currently, GreyHawk has thousands of Mobile Data Computer (MDC) systems in operation, most of which are installed in paratransit fleets.

GreyHawk will continue to develop, service, and support the MDC product line from their Vancouver, Wash., office. Rob Dukes of Clever Devices will serve as division president, integrating GreyHawk’s products into the Clever Devices product line.
