A second teen is expected to be arraigned today in juvenile court in connection with Saturday's beating of an MBTA bus driver by a group of youths who stormed his bus, transit police said.
The girl, a 15-year-old from Hyde Park, was arrested yesterday. She was not identified because she is a minor.
Albert K. Galloway, 18, a high school junior from Dorchester, was ordered held on $15,000 cash bail at his arraignment Wednesday on multiple assault counts and a charge of interfering with a bus driver.
Prosecutors said Galloway admitted to police he punched the driver during the 1:20 a.m. attack but said he reacted only after being struck himself by unknown people on the bus.
