Arriva RP sp. z o.o inked service contract from Wojewodztwo Kujawsko-Pomorskie through open procedure. Under this contract Arriva RP sp. z o.o will carry out public transport services by railways. The aim of work includes provision of public transport in rail traction performed in the flue Kujawsko-section of the railway line at No. 207 East Torun - Malbork from the station to the border region Grudziadz.
Only the winning company did bidding for this tender. Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) has not covered this contract with no possible sub-contracting. The tendering authority did not follow electronic auction process for selecting the bidder. Project or programme is not financed by community funds. The award criteria is the most economically advantageous tender in terms of grant amount to one bid - weighting 90, punctuality of trains - weighting 10. Wojewodztwo Kujawsko-Pomorskie is not purchasing on behalf of other contracting authorities.
