WASHINGTON, June 1 -- The U.S. Transportation Department's Federal Railroad Administration has announced that it intends to award a $1,015,000 discretionary grant to Operation Lifesaver Inc. for the Highway-Railroad Grade Crossing Safety Education and Enforcement Program.
