MATA driver wasn't wearing seatbelt in fatal crash, police say
A MATA bus driver ejected and killed in a horrific crash last week wasn't wearing her seatbelt, according to the accident report from Memphis police.
Chantel Sanders, 41, was killed when she was thrown through the window of her MATAplus bus just before 9 a.m. May 14 on Interstate 240 at the South Parkway exit.
