CA: BART Robbery Attempt Results in Arrest, Brief Delay at West Oakland Station
A suspect who police say robbed a passenger on a BART train and tried to rob someone else at the West Oakland station was arrested Wednesday morning, and the activity delayed trains for about 15 minutes, police said.
