FL: Driver in Fatal Hit and Run was Driving HART Bus
Feb. 22--TAMPA -- The man who ran into and killed a man walking on a road in Progress Village on Monday -- and kept on going -- was a HART bus driver, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Steven Rickert, a bus driver since 2006, contacted the sheriff's office on Tuesday to tell investigators he might have struck the man while driving a HART bus.
