		<description>We here in Allentown, PA have enjoyed increases as high as 36% due to $4 per gallon prices at the pump. The more 'normal' increase lately is a bit above the national average at 6%.

I agree with your concept: right now, gaining customers is easy, keeping them is hard.  

I also want to comment that 'convenience' may also translate into perceptions of ease of use, cleanliness of equipment, politeness of operators and how 'fast' the trip is compared to driving.</description>
