WatchGuard Video is the pioneer of the Direct-to-DVD-Video police in-car camera system. The company was founded by a previous owner of Applied Concepts, (Stalker Radar) along with a diverse group of financial and intellectual partners with the goal of bringing DVD-video recording technology to mobile law enforcement for the first time.
