The SEP900 was conceived as a special machine for washing bullet trains on the go.
Shunting multi-million dollar trains at a snail’s pace to (and through) fixed wash portals, while clocking time on rolling stock AND engineers, burns money fast. The SEP 900 solution combines modern features for washing trains inexpensively from platform or track level. It features a latest generation diesel engine with low pollution impact, hydraulic traction, approx. 1000 Litres water tank, acid base detergent applicator circuit and a second optional brush. Designed exclusively for the extreme service requirements in railway yards, including crossing tracks, the SEP 900 has a height adjustable brush with a pressure control system to maintain optimal contact with the car surface being washed.

Product From Bitimec International Inc.Pegasus is a monitoring and signaling device which indicates the presence or absence of voltage on sections of overhead power lines for electric powered rail or road vehicles.
The optical signal assumes the colors green or red depending on whether the subsequent section of overhead power line has voltage, warning engineers the following contact line section might be down.
The Zefiro system is a patented rail wheel and track lubrication system which is activated by the actual rail vibration as the trains/railcars approach the system's sensors. The sensors in turn activate the lubrication points moments before the passing of the railcars, at predetermined intervals. The rate and frequency of lubrication (every train, every 5 or 10 trains etc.) can be pre-programmed and subsequantly adjusted through GSM communications from a central control station. Pressurized grease is shot at the inner track as required. The grease is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The equipment is extremely cost efficient and the savings in wheel and track wear are impressive.
