RTA is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of establishing a contract to supply RTA with the following services: Design, provide, and install the specified Intelligent Transportation System Base Architecture at hosted locations, and on-board RTA vehicles (ITSBA).

Proposals must be submitted to the following: SAN LUIS OBISPO REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY, 179 Cross Street, Suite A, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, Attention: Omar McPherson – Grants Manager.

RTA reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of the Request for Proposals, reject all Proposals, waive any informalities or non- material deficiencies in the Proposal, and award the Proposal to the lowest responsible Proposer.

Only those proposals received by the submittal deadline on or before November 14, 2014, 5:00 p.m. (PST) will be evaluated by the RTA Selection Committee.

Springfield Mass Transit District (“District”) is seeking sealed Proposals for Investment Management Services for its OPEB Trust Fund in accordance with the Illinois Public Funds Investment Act (30 ILCS 235) and the District’s Investment Policy. This solicitation will result in a three (3) year agreement with the option for one (1) additional two-year term.

Proposals will be received in the District office at 928 South Ninth Street, Springfield, Illinois 62703-2497 in SEALED envelopes marked " RFP # 2014-11, Attn. First Transit seeks letter of interest from DBE Subcontractors for the following: Vehicle Washing, Fueling, Detailing; Recruiting and Staffing Services; Vehicle Parts; Fluids, Lubricants (ATF, engine oil, washing chemicals); Uniforms; Office Supplies.

RFP documents are available from OCTA directly or by email from First Transit. Interested firms may email or fax a letter of interest (include DBE certification information) to Cyd Gale at by October 24, 2014. A DBE must be a small business firm defined pursuant to 13 CFR 121 and be certified through the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP).
