In his new position, Jong is responsible for managing the firm’s operations in the Bay Area, including client relations, project performance, staffing, business development and marketing. Jong has been with Parsons Brinckerhoff for 25 years in a variety of management and project delivery positions. Anthony Federico has been named a principal systems and communications engineer in the Boston office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Federico is responsible for performing special systems telecommunications design for buildings, campuses, and support facilities, as well as roadway tunnel systems and pumping stations. He has more than 15 years of experience managing electrical design efforts for intelligent transportation systems projects. Maximo Perez has been named a supervising construction engineer in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Perez is responsible for the placing in service of communications equipment and the review and approval of operational and maintenance manuals for communications systems such as fiber-optic and telephone networks, radio, public address, CCTV, fire alarm, and security systems for transit construction projects.
