The Scope of Services contains work tasks believed necessary for the Lawn Maintenance and
refuse receptacle pick-up of Bus Stops and Bus Shelters that meets LYNX’s needs. The Scope of
Services described in this section (“Scope of Services”) is a general guide and is not intended to
be a complete list of all work and materials necessary to complete the project or supply goods or
services LYNX is looking for a flat fee for providing this level of service. The agency is looking
for a per-stop cost of service.
